Grilled Swordfish
- Swordfish Steaks
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T vinegar (wine or cider)
- sprig of rosemary, chopped
- large clove of garlic, chopped
- 2 t ground coriander
- 1 t ground cumin
- grated rind of 1/2 lemon
Mix all but swordfish on a small plate to make marinade
Place fish in marinade; coat both sides
Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate and let stand for at least 10 minutes
Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
