Buffalo Wings
This recipe came from Durkee's red hot sauce. They wanted you to use 4 T of red hot sauce and 1/2 stick of margarine to make the marinade.
- 2 1/2 lb chicken wings
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 package taco sauce (or ketchup and use more of the other sauces)
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 1 t A-1 sauce
- 1/4 t tabasco (that may not be enough)
- 2 T oil or margarine
Split chicken wings at each joint and discard tips
Bake chicken wings at 325 degrees for 30 minutes
Heat sauce ingredients together
Marinate baked wings at least 3 hours or overnight, turning several times, in refrigerator
Broil 5 minutes on each side before serving, basting with remaining marinade.
