Dough
- 1 T instant yeast
- 1 1/2 C lukewarm water
- 1 T non-diastatic malt syrup, malt powder, or brown sugar
- 4 C flour
- 2 t salt
Boiling solution
- 2 quarts water
- 2 T non-diastatic malt syrup, malt powder, brown sugar, or molasses
- 1 T granulated sugar
